The client required a social app as well as a practical approach to promoting their discounted offers to consumers other than Groupon. After meeting with our agency at a local networking event, the chain were keen to take our offer to set up a Google+ profile, refresh their twitter and Facebook profile, plus managing their daily pizza and pasta campaigns.
The client were thrilled with the results after learning of the quick timescales in setting up their Google+ profile as well as providing an enhanced graphic definition of their background profile images.
As well as positive comments on their Twitter & Facebook profiles, the client was worried that their social media profiles would be abused from absent minded users. They were worried about negative feedback and responses to their news feeds, however after viewing the report from the campaign the client congratulated us on the successful results we brought in and we pleased with the way we removed and policed any abusive comments.
After a 3 month trial with us the client signed us up until September 2013.
